Senator Linda Holmes denounces misleading mailers from anonymous outside groups.

(Aurora) State Senator Linda Holmes denounced a direct mail piece from an outside group Friday afternoon.

“This mail piece is repulsive and disrespectful to hardworking Latino families in our community,” said Holmes.

The post card, which was paid for ““Real” American Families of the State of Illinois,” is not registered with the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Senator Holmes’ campaign complies with all Illinois campaign regulations. Only
campaign materials with “Paid for by Citizens for Linda Holmes” are endorsed by Senator Linda Holmes.

“When I send campaign literature, I have the courage to tell voters that I approve of the message,” said Senator Linda Holmes.
